Aragonese late-season peach DOP from Calanda (Teruel-Bajo Aragón). Distinctive — covered in cloth bag during ripening (the "embolsado" technique), produces characteristic yellow color, very firm flesh, intensely sweet flavor with low acidity, late-harvest profile.
