Made from various pork cuts (rib, tail, jaw) coarsely cut, seasoned with paprika, garlic, salt, stuffed in pork-large-intestine casing. Distinctive large irregular shape, deep red color, firm chewy texture, intensely smoky-savory pork-paprika flavor.
