Coliflor de Calahorra is a Protected Geographical Indication registered under file number PGI-ES-0268, granted EU protection on 24 June 2006. It covers fresh cauliflower — inflorescences of Brassica oleracea L. Convar. Botrytis (L.) Alef var. Botrytis — grown from specified hybrid varieties in the Calahorra area of La Rioja, Spain. Labels must bear the words Indicación Geográfica Protegida 'Coliflor de Calahorra' and the relevant logo. The inspection body is the Instituto de Calidad de La Rioja.
