Poires de Savoie is a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) for fresh pears produced in the Savoie region of France, registered under file number PGI-FR-0196. The designation covers six permitted varieties and their mutants: Conférence, Doyenné du Comice, Général Leclerc, Louise Bonne d'Avranches, Passe Crassane, and Williams. Fruit must meet defined firmness and refractometric index thresholds at the point of leaving the storage centre.
