Tasting notes

Greek fresh whey-cheese POP (sheep-and-goat-milk whey from feta production, similar to Italian ricotta but firmer). Bright white, soft tender texture, sweet creamy flavor with mild salty-tangy edge.

HoReCa use

Greek cheese plate (sweet); with honey and walnuts; in sweet-and-savoury mezze; in sponguze (Greek pastry); with figs and grapes.
