Tasting notes

Trentino apple from Val di Non, Renetta Canada (premium traditional variety) plus Golden Delicious, Red Delicious. Renetta has rough golden skin, distinctive sweet-tart flavor with intense aromatic profile, firm slow-aging flesh — Italy's most renowned regional apple.

HoReCa use

Fresh fruit, in Tyrolean strudel and torta di mele (especially Renetta), salads, with Trentino cheeses, juice and grappa.
