The product contains no added preservatives or colours. Initial packaging must take place at the place of production. Packaging must carry either 'Pampepato di Terni' or 'Panpepato di Terni', the designation 'Indicazione Geografica Protetta' or the abbreviation 'IGP', the European PGI symbol, and the product logo.
