Pescabivona
Also known as: Bivona peach, Settembrina
Pescabivona is a PGI registered in Italy on 31 July 2013 (file PGI-IT-1139; eAmbrosia EUGI00000014360) covering fresh clingstone peaches of four ecotypes — Murtiddara or Primizia Bianca, Bianca, Agostina, and Settembrina — grown in the Bivona area of Agrigento province, Sicily. All four ecotypes produce white-fleshed, spheroid fruit with red over-colour covering no more than 50 % of the skin, and minimum soluble solids exceeding 10 °Bx.

Sicilian peach from Bivona area (Agrigento province), four traditional varieties (Murtiddara, Agostina, Bianca, Settembrina). Distinctive white-fleshed peach with intensely fragrant flavor, late-summer to early-autumn harvest.
