Tasting notes
Sicilian EVOO from Belice valley, predominantly Nocellara del Belice (also a table olive DOP — same cultivar). Medium-intense fruity, balanced bitter-pungent, characteristic notes of fresh tomato, green almond, herbs.

Western Sicilian cuisine, drizzled on Sicilian preparations.
