Veneto regional DOP olive oil in three sub-zones (Valpolicella, Euganei e Berici, del Grappa), predominantly Grignano, Favarol, Casaliva, Frantoio. Light-medium fruity intensity, balanced delicate flavor, sweet character with light bitter-pungent.
