Tasting notes
Alentejano sausage IGP — distinctive flour-based preparation (the "farinheira" = "flour sausage"), pork fat, paprika, garlic, no real meat (or minimal). Pale beige color, soft texture, mild balanced flavor.

Pan-fried as petisco; in Alentejano stews; with eggs.
