The story
Sevilla eats standing up. The city invented the habit of ordering a little of something excellent, eating it beside the bar and moving on, and every producer around it makes food built for exactly that: ham cut fine, an oil green enough to taste, a vinegar aged in the same cellars as the sherry. Nothing in this box needs cooking.
